Who is that gal with the camera?
Well, that's me, the "Stacy" behind Stacy's Shabby Shoppe.
Some of you may know me, I've been around this little old world wide web as a seller
for some time now, 10 years to be exact in June of 2011. It feels like a long time since
I first started selling on Ebay so many years ago. I must admit that my very first auction
as a seller was quite something ~ very exciting! Now I sell on my web site and recently on
Etsy which has opened up a whole new world of selling, friendships and fun!
My style is romantic and feminine, elegant and whimsical. I love french style with some
shabby, old world elegance and cottage mixed in to make things interesting! I guess I have
a style all of my own! I don't believe in fancy decorating rules or living with the latest trends
just to be "in". Elegant casual comfort along with beauty and function are important to me.
On a personal note, who am I? Well, I'm the pink gal, the one who is well known for that in all
of the circles I run in, both family and friends, and I'm just fine with that! There will be no more
apologies from me about loving the color pink, it's my color! I'm also a Canadian gal who has
lived in Utah for 13 years now (wow, I can't believe it!). I love a pretty house, but I can dig in the
garden and get dirt under my nails. I love feminine, romantic clothing, but I can ride a dirt bike
with the best of the boys! You might say I'm half girly-girl and half tomboy ~ it works for me!
I love junking, antique auctions, thrift stores, estate sales and just about any place where I can get
my hot little hands on a pretty treasure! I have no desire to be famous for what I do, I just love doing
it! If I can bring a smile to your face when you open a package from me then my day has been
worthwhile. The trust and friendships that I've made over the past 10 years have been truly amazing
and I hope to bring you another decade of romantic treasures from Stacy's Shabby Shoppe.
