At Stacy's Shabby Shoppe, we sell a mixture of antique, vintage and gently used
items. We take the time to painstakingly describe and photograph all of our finds
with the utmost care and honesty. The pieces we select are timeworn objects from
the past that are seldom perfect. Dents, scratches and imperfections are a testiment
to their age and add character and charm. While all major flaws are mentioned, due
to the nature of our items, all sales are final. Please email us with any questions
you may have before making your decision. We are always happy to help you in
any way we can before you make your purchase.
Stacy's Shabby Shoppe accepts all major credit cards and E-Checks through Paypal
which is our preferred method of payment. Paypal is a safe and secure method of
online payment that automatically encrypts your information in transit. Paypal also
offers the best Buyer/Seller Protection Policies and unparalled Fraud Protection so
you can shop with peace of mind.
You do not require a Paypal account to pay with your credit card. When paying
for your purchase, you are given the option to sign up for a Paypal account or to just
make a straight forward payment using your major credit card. You may pay by bank
transfer, your credit card or use your checking or savings account all through Paypal.
The choice is up to you!
We also accept LAYAWAY on any order over $100.00. We require one half down at the
time of purchase and the remaining half of your order is due in 30 days. Please keep in
mind that all layaway deposits are non-refundable as layaway is essentially taking the
item out of circulation. If you would like more information on our layaway policy, feel
free to send us an email and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
All in stock items are usually shipped within 72 hours of your payment. We keep in
close contact with you via email regarding shipping your package. Larger items may
take longer to ship as special packaging is sometimes required. We ship USPS
Priority Mail and Fedex Ground depending on the size of your item. We reserve the
right to determine which method of shipping is most cost effective. Insurance is
included in all of our shipping totals for your protection. We try to do our part by
helping the environment and use recyclable materials whenever possible without
compromising the safety of your item.
International shipping rates are higher and due to size restrictions all items may not
be able to be shipped to your country. Please send us an email with the item/s you
wish to purchase and the country you live in and the rates will be calculated for you.
All international purchases are shipped by USPS Airmail with the exception of Canada
where Fedex Ground can be used.
Total customer satisfaction is our main priority, however due to the vintage and
antique nature of our items, returns are not generally accepted on our items
unless the description states that the item is brand new. Any questions regarding
our items are encouraged before you make your purchase.
Items must be returned undamaged and in their original condition with the original
packaging. We are not responsible for return shipping fees and when returning an
item, it must be insured for the full purchase price. Upon receipt of your returned item,
a refund or credit will be issued. Shipping fees are non refundable.
In the unlikely event of damage or loss, your item is insured. Please keep all original
packaging and the box if your item is damaged and contact us for insurance information.
Your privacy is very important to us. Your personal information is only used to process
your order. It will not be sold or distributed to any outside sources for any reason. You
can rest assured that by shopping with us, your private information will not be compromised.
