 EXCEPTIONAL PAIR VINTAGE CAPODIMONTE ROSE LAMPS ~ SOLD If you have been looking for a special pair of rose lamps for your home, you will fall in love with these absolutely gorgeous pair of romantic table lamps. These lamps are a beautiful light ivory color and are fashioned with stunning bouquets of capodimonte style pink roses and green leaves around the tops. They have pretty, hand painted leaves that spray out from underneath each bouquet. The lamp has gold trim and the most lovely shape with a swirled look. The bases are made out of gold metal with ornate designs, each design is slightly different, but they absolutely do match. These lamps date to about the 1920's and I wish that I could have salvaged the shades for you as they were those old Victorian style taffeta shades with the fabric that swirls swirl around ~ alas they were not in good condition. The shade you see in the pictures is NOT included, but shown for inspiration. These gorgeous lamps are in great working order and wonderful condition. The rose bouquets are in excellent condition. I only see one petal with the smallest of chips on the end. The bases do have some age wear on the metal, one being worse than the other, but that is to be expected for lamps of this age. You will also notice just underneath the light socket that one lamp has a small white column and the other has a gold metal column. The lamps stand 24" to the top of the light sockets and 35" to the top of the finials. They measure 7.5" across at their widest point.
