 ANTIQUE CELLULOID BRIDE & GROOM W/CASE ~ SOLD What an adorable antique bride and groom this is and they come complete with their own glass viewing case. This boy and girl bride and groom are made out of thin lightweight celluloid plastic with arms that are held on by strings (that is the way they were made). The interesting thing about this pair is that they are wearing clothing made out of tissue paper. The girl has a millinery flower across her breast and a little tie around her head in true flapper style. They come in an old glass case with a front door that opens with a tiny latch mechanism. This set is in good condition for their age. You can see that the girl has some discoloration on the bottom of her dress and the boy has some tears in the bottom of his trouser leg. They stand 5" tall and are 1.5" wide. The glass case stands 6 3/4" tall and it is 3 3/4" square and in good condition.
