She has a blue sash tied around her waist and she is carrying a card in her hand. This print is framed in a gold wooden frame that has black specks in it and this is a reproduction print, NOT an old original one. The print is framed under glass and it is in great condition with a few blemishes on the frame, but nothing drastic. It measures 14.5" x 8 1/4". It does not have a hanger on the back.
