This particular old print is just beautiful! It features a lovely old thatched cottage surrounded by lovely blooming gardens. An abundance of flowers are in bloom that include hollyhocks, poppies, delphinium and numerous other cottage style flowers. A little wishing well is tucked into the flowers, a charming table and chair sits on the lawn and there is a pretty little white garden gate in the background. The print is entitled "Below The Downs". It is signed by the artist in the lower right hand corner. This is a large and very old print that is framed under glass. It has a plain paper mat and it is framed in a gold wooden frame that does have some wear as you can see in the pictures. The print is held in the back by old nails and there is a wire hanger for hanger. The print itself is in very nice condition with a small amount of rippling at the top that is more evident in the pictures than it is in person. The print measures 15" wide and 19" high.
