 STUNNING VINTAGE SILHOUETTE MAIDEN TRAY ~ SOLD This gorgeous one of a kind vintage tray is just oozing with cottage charm! The tray dates to around the 1940's and I've never seen another one like it! It has a glass front with a fabulous maiden silhouette on it along with her adorable kitten, a spinning wheel, a hanging flower basket and more baskets of flowers sitting nearby. The unique background is decorated with tiny dried flower stems in pastel colors and teeny pink flowers that seem to hang from the basket. The entire background is filled with fluffy cream colored seed pods. The actual tray is made out of wood with a double groove around the edges and matching wooden handles with silver metal accents. The tray is in fabulous condition for how old it is and shows just a small amount of wear on the wood finish. The back is fully finished with felt to protect your surface. The tray measures a very large 21" long and 12.5" wide and it is fairly heavy.
