 FABULOUS LARGE VINTAGE PRISM COMPOTE ~ SOLD I absolutely fell in love with this gorgeous vintage compote. It will add a look of sparkle and romance wherever you display it! This fabulous compote is very large with a gorgeous glass bowl on the top that is adorned with beautiful cut designs. A decorative metal piece in the center keeps the glass in place. A beautiful gold metal floral bobeche sits under the bowl and holds seven sparkling vintage teardrop prisms. The column and the base on this piece is absolutely fabulous with heavy, ornate detailing. A square slab of gray marble rests on the bottom. This compote is very heavy and so beautiful in person. It is in great condition with no real flaws to mention. It has a few teeny fleabites on the marble base, but nothing drastic at all. The compote stands 9" high. The bowl measures just over 11.5" across and the base is 4" square.
