 GORGEOUS 102 YR OLD ANTIQUE NOVEL - THE SAPPHIRE BRACELET ~ $20.00 This antique novel is stunning ~ what a great find! This novel is entitled "The Sapphire Bracelet" and has a copyright date of 1910. It has a light blue cover with a gold band across the front and a paper label illustration in the center. There is a lovely color illustration on the inside along with a velum page in front of the title page. The entire book has the most gorgeous art nouveau style pages! The illustrations are done by Will Grefe (1875 - 1957) who was a prolific American illustrator in the same era as Harrison Fisher. The novel is a hardcover book edition and it is in amazing condition for how old it is. The front has very minor soiling and there is a small blue blemish on the back. The inside is in fabulous condition. The very first page as you open the cover has a diagonal cut across the corner, but it is a non issue. The book is 164 pages and is sure to be a great read.
