 PAIR ANTIQUE ELECTRIC FLORAL TOLE SCONCES ~ SOLD Here is a great, very old set of electric tole sconces for your romantic home. They have a real Old World look to them and would be beautiful in any decor. These old sconces date to around the 1920's and are made out of heavy metal. They feature pretty oval backplates with scalloped edges and lovely tole leaves and a flower on the back decorative piece. They have a curved arm with a large tole bobeche that holds each light. They are finished with cream candle sleeves. These sconces are in great condition for their age. There is some minor wear here and there that gives them a great patina. There is some old paint around the oval edges that you should be able to remove. These sconces are in wonderful working order. They have been completely rewired and are ready to go. These fixtures are meant to be hard wired into your wall. They take any style light bulb with a normal size socket. I prefer candle style bulbs in these lovely sconces ~ they just look the prettiest to me. The sconces measure 9" high, 3 3/4" wide and almost 6.5" deep.
